When I Leave My House: Moving Beyond Covid-19

Covid-19 has devastated the lives of millions of people in the United States and abroad. Children have gone through bouts of anxiety, depression and loneliness, trying to cope with a virus they don't understand. Parents who have also had their share of anxiety and depression related to the virus, are trying to take care of themselves as well as their children.

"When I Leave My House-Moving Beyond Covid-19" is about a little girl who wants to let everyone know all the things she plans to do once Covid-19 ends. It was written for children and as a tool for parents, teachers and anyone who has anything to do with the welfare of children, to help ease their minds about the future and let them know that there are brighter days to come when they can take off their masks and freely be among other people, especially family and friends.
