This book is dedicated to parents and their children navigating through the world of co-parenting. We hope that this makes the conversations easier and promotes a safe space to share with each other.

As a mom of a 8 year old, the transition has been rough over the years. Mainly, because us parents had not figured out who we were in our new relationship, of just being parents. For me in particular, it was a struggle for me to watch her dad create another family and a new life without me. Being completely honest, that took a ton of prayers and realizing that the first rule of being a parent is to put your child first. Once, we both agreed to do that, it wasn't smooth sailing, but it was a springboard towards the right direction. I will NEVER tell you it's easy or there won't be bumps in the road, but I will tell you it gets better overtime.

Our children are a reflection of us and their surroundings, it's our job to afford them the best life we can. Co-parenting may not be the invision you had for your life (it certainly wasn't mine), but this is where we are, this is our lives. We have 2 choices: Make the best of it or hurt the ones we love most, our children.
