Adventures of Columbus Daniel

After almost drowning in the community well, Columbus Daniel gains a sixth sense that provides him a closeness to nature. As he grows from age three to twelve over the course of Adventures of Columbus Daniel, the young boy explores the world, finding mischief, prejudice, faith, excitement, and adventure.

A novel for children, Adventures of Columbus Daniel is based on actual events involving the author. He too lived on a farm in the backwoods of South Carolina, killed snakes, played in the river, and learned about lessons of life.
