David Sebastian was an auto mechanic when he felt God calling him to Christian ministry. He had no professional ministry experience or training. In fact, two colleges had refused to admit him as a student because his high-school grades had been so poor. And if he tried to undertake a new career, how could he provide for his new wife and the family they wanted to start?

Despite all these obstacles, David pressed on. He earned not only a college degree, but a doctorate. He became not only a pastor, but a mentor to other pastors. He was asked to serve not only a local congregation, but the entire church as a seminary dean.
