The author has spent many years analyzing the construction and power that is generated from this engine. He has obtained 2 patents from the US Patent Office, and the physicists, mathematicians, and scientists, at the patent office have also examined the propulsion system. They have put their stamp of approval on the design that it will work, and concluded that it would be a benefit to mankind. First of all, the hypothesis of the power generated by this engine, disagrees with one of the first laws of physics, which involves the "conservation of energy". More specifically, MORE ENERGY CAN NOT BE GOTTEN OUT OF AN ENGINE THAN IS PUT INTO IT. As an engineer, this was one of the first laws that I had to memorize, but now, I know, beyond any doubt, that "this law is wrong! Later, the principles of the working parts of this engine, will be taught as a separate subject in college, and will be an anomaly to this general rule of the conservation of energy. The power generated by this engine would be equivalent to the falsely taught axiom in physics for centuries that stated "matter could not be created or destroyed". This axiom was destroyed when the first atomic bomb was exploded in 1945, and henceforth, this axiom has not been taught in our colleges. As you analyze the equation that powers this engine, that allows it to run indefinitely, you will see how Sir Charles Coulomb's "Electrostatic Force Equation", and more specifically "the speed of light squared" in this formula, that tremendous power can be generated, far beyond the power that is put into this engine. As you will see later the calculations show that, using the given data shown in this report, the ratio (output) to the energy (input) is 302 to 1. This is incredible, and will literally change the world as we know it. This book will prove with US Patents, how an engine can be designed, that can literally run without any petroleum products, that can be used to run automobile engines, electric generators, engines for outer space, and "free electric power" for use on this earth as well as outer space.
